Do I need WiFi in the unit?
No. The terminal has a 4G SIM built in and uses it whenever WiFi is unavailable or unreliable, which is common in shopping centre units.
Can I add a tip prompt?
Yes. Tipping can be switched on or off, and set as a percentage or a fixed amount, depending on how your counter works.
What about a second kiosk?
The first terminal is free. Extra terminals are £14 a month each, so a second kiosk can be added without changing your rate.
How long is the agreement?
Eighteen months with no early exit fee. If the site closes or moves, you are not charged to end it early.
