Can we take payment on home visits?
Yes. The terminal has 4G built in, so domiciliary appointments in homes and care settings can be paid for on the spot.
Is there a limit per transaction?
Contactless follows the usual UK limit, but chip and PIN has no practical ceiling, so a full designer dispense goes through normally.
Do you support contact lens plans?
Recurring plans are usually collected by direct debit, but top-ups, one-off supplies and plan balances can all be taken on the terminal.
Can patients get a receipt for insurance?
Yes. Emailed receipts show the amount, date and practice details, which is normally all a health cash plan requires.
What does a second terminal cost?
