Yes. MOTO payments are supported, which matters in the run-up to Christmas when most voucher sales come from callers.
Can a group split the bill?
Yes. A booking can be split across several cards, each taken as a separate transaction at the same rate.
Do you support tipping?
Yes. Tip prompts can be enabled and gratuities are reported separately from treatment revenue.
Can we have poolside terminals?
Yes. Additional handheld terminals are £14 a month each and run on WiFi with 4G failover.
How long is the agreement?
Eighteen months, with no early exit fee if the site changes hands or the spa closes.
