Can I take payment on delivery rounds?
Yes. The handheld has 4G built in, so you can take payment at the customer's door and hand over the case at the same time.
Is there a cap on transaction size?
Larger sales are supported with normal verification. If you regularly take four-figure trade payments, tell us and we will set the limits appropriately.
Do larger baskets cost more?
Not proportionally differently. Visa and Mastercard sit on one blended rate, so a case sale is charged at the same percentage as a bottle.
Can I use it at tasting events?
Yes. Tickets on the door and bottle sales at the end of the night can both be taken on the same terminal, wherever the event is held.
Is Amex available?
Yes. Amex is accepted and priced separately from Visa and Mastercard, and you can choose whether to switch it on.
